Bosch Automotive Steering (Jinan) Co., Ltd. [Formerly ‘ZF Commercial Vehicle Steering (Shandong) Co., Ltd.’] is a wholly owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch Automotive Steering GmbH. The company was founded in year 2006 with around 300 employees currently, and has been a leading supplier of innovative and high-quality steering products for commercial vehicle in China. The company is located in Jinan, which has established R&D center of its own in year 2011 and had finished plant expansion in year 2012. As of year-end 2017, the company’s accumulative investment has reached 360 Million RMB, and has been growing fast in terms of development of new products and market.
Personnel Management 人事管理
Effective support on regular personnel management, including personnel changes, statistics and reporting, HR filing, local HR transactions, etc.;
Support on HR management processes and system;
Data/info. collection and sorting, drafting, updating, or translating HR documents;
Employee communication and relationship;
Internal and external audit;
Support on HR projects and staff activities;
Assist HR Business Partner/superior to support business department on human resources and organizational topics.
Training & Development 员工培训及发展
Support on establishment, review and implementation of employee training policy and system;
Annual training plan and implementation, including training requirement analysis, training resource management, tracking and review of training plan, training recording and evaluation, training agreement, support on internal training system, etc.;
Organization/implementation of internal training activities;
Support on activities/programs of employee development and talent management.
Other relevant tasks assigned by superiors for achieving company’s objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
College education or above.
Strong skills of planning, organization, coordination and exicution;
Strong interpersonal communication skills;
Strong English language skills;
Strong PC and MS Office skills;
Strong ability of learning.
One years+ working experience;
Working experience at JV or WOFE preferred;
Fresh gradustes with outstanding qualification and rich experience in social activities are also considered.
Strong professional ethics;
Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality;
Strong capability of patience and precision;
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
Communication, support and related tasks in department of HR&Admin.
Other relevant tasks arranged by superiors for achieving company’s objectives
Have four days’ attendace per week
Qualification required 资格要求:
College (or Vocational School) and above (no major requirement)
Graduate in 2019 is preferred
Good PC and MS Office skills
Good English language skill (oral& written) is preferred
Rich experience in campus activities
Work experience in manufacturing industry is preferred
Excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills
Good professional ethics
Strong sense and ability of team work
